Return window

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Return shipping and shipping fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Outbound/delivery shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
  • If you believe a return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item on arrival), contact us at info@celestialdiamond.co before returning the item. If we determine the issue is on our end, we may cover return shipping or provide an alternate remedy, subject to applicable law.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items

To the extent permitted by law, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Delivery/shipping fees
  • Custom/personalized items

Earrings / hygiene notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—including earrings and other pierced jewelry—may be non-returnable unless they are defective or returned in unopened/unused condition to the extent permitted by law.


No restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
